Responsible for creating justification cost models for these new technologies in new product development. When new technologies are proven feasible, this position works externally and teams with all of our global operation sites to justify and implement new technologies into our existing product lines for immediate financial impact and improvement in our TEOA-O metrics along with improved ECE with world class technology improvements. This position bridges the gap between New Product Development (LEANPD) and Operations to ensure (TEOA-O) metrics and SAP requirements are fulfilled prior to transfer. Utilizes scientific and data driven methodologies to investigate, justify and implement these new products and technology transfers.1. Leads Global Simultaneous Engineering teams.2. Works closely with global operation team members and management3. Creates and communicates financial analysis of new products and technologies to senior management.4. Creates efficient manufacturing plans for new products and technologies, by utilizing Lean Design for Six Sigma, LEANPD and TEOA-O methodologies.5. Works with operational teams to help successful implement new technologies and products into the production facilities globally.6. Utilize SAP and cost models to track and communicate performance estimations that were made during the development cycle of a new product or technology that was transferred.7. Coach and train other Industrial Engineers within the development and operational teams on IE tools, cost modeling, SAP and lean manufacturing to help bridge the gap between development and operations.

Led a SAP implementation for a $145 million business across multiple sites including Oceanside, CA, Foley, AL, and 4 facilities in Tecate, Mexico. Within 1 year successfully implemented the sales & distribution, production planning, engineering, shop floor, master data, purchasing, quality, warehousing, preventative maintenance, pricing, and financing modules. Managed a team of 32 individuals responsible for all aspects of the project and an overall project budget of $5.6 million dollars. Highly involved in the integration of the Oceanside, CA and Tecate, Mexico Deutsch facilities into TE Connectivity. Achievements include: • Hired and coached a new team of 5 industrial and manufacturing engineers into Oceanside• Justified and purchased through Capital Expense Requests over $10 million of new capital equipment in the Oceanside facility to replace outdated technology which increased profit margins, reduced lead times, and improved quality• Developed accurate costing for the contacts business in Oceanside, increasing revenue by over $4 million per year• Led a clean-up effort of the Oceanside/Tecate manufacturing data including BOM, routing, and costing of over 60,000 part numbers in preparation for a SAP implementation
