Transformation leader for Phoenix, the largest, most impactful, and most complex transformation in company history focused on the Content Operations department. I provided the needed influence and alignment to define a vision and overall strategy during the design phase. I was recruited for this role to manage a cross functional team of internal and external consulting partners to develop the future state Blueprint (Functional and Technical).

Represented the employers voice and aligned college resources to deliver against central Ohio's growing need for technology talent by creating nontraditional talent pipelines with short term tangible results that drove additional investment and engagement with the college from multiple partners.Identified, developed, and managed key external strategic partnerships for the college. Accountable for client portfolio while delivering customized talent development programs in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Software Development, and Infrastructure Operations Automation & DevOps. Developed the college's go-to market strategy and built a sustainable operating model for talent development products and services. Led the creation of Workforce Innovation department, which began with myself and grew to a dozen employees to meet the needs of the work and augment college support services where needed. Built key internal relationships to influence the priority of work and build a stronger partnership between academics and workforce units.Positioned the college to be a national thought leader in technology workforce pathways, presenting at multiple national conferences.

Held various project roles over my tenure at Navigator (now Avaap), including: Developer, Technical Lead, Business Process Engineer, Business Analyst, Organizational Change Management, Training Lead, Testing Lead, Project/Program/Portfolio Management, Sales Lead and Account Management.Sales responsibilities included RFI/RFP response, solution design, demand planning, resource forecasting, and project estimating.Clients included Abercrombie & Fitch, Express, American Chemical Society, CAS, Bowling Green State University, Ohio State, University of Maryland, Ariel, Honda of America, micro-financing lender in Brazil, and City/County/State government project roles.

Responsible for Human Capital Management based initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants and developed systems roadmap to support strategic HR initiatives. Managed vendors, scope, budgets, and project risk.

Deep experience in PeopleSoft Financials with implementations at North American manufacturing sites and upgrades across multiple platforms. Work included defining business processes, business requirements, developing/documenting configuration, developing automated testing scripts, creating/delivering training, and go-live support. Supported Baan, Hyperion Essbase, Ariba, and other systems that impacted financials.
