I focus on strategic projects and participate in ministry development with the Ministry Strategies Division. I also represent The Austin Stone to external ministries, collaborate with other staff and leaders to complete high value projects, and support the new Executive Director of Ministry Strategies in development and coaching.Additionally, I write compelling content that accurately reflects our ministry and contribute to the teaching ministry of The Austin Stone.

I serve disciples and leaders at The Austin Stone and beyond to cultivate healthy communities and churches through content, processes, and training.I overhauled our ministry strategies and supported the development and execution of congregational ministries. In addition, I developed, overhauled, and rebuilt five different ministries - The Austin Stone Institute, Communications, For the Nations (global mission), For the City (local mission), and Counseling.These five ministries comprised my division, and overall, I managed over $3 million in ministry budgets and over 75 full-time, part-time, and contract staff. I annually fundraised $500k and consistently delivered on performing teams executing faithful ministry. I specialized in redeveloping ministries that were struggling with performance, team dynamics, clear mission and vision, and lack of resources.

Managerial oversight and development of all facets of our campus network at The Austin Stone, including leadership development, pastoral care, systems architecture, human resources, and communications.

I created a sustainable infrastructure for the launching and ongoing training of a network of 250 missional communities. This role and work contributed to my doctoral research and thesis, which has now influenced thousands of leaders across the world to make disciples in the context of communities on mission.

Systemic design of assimilation process, including philosophy development, system design and deployment, curriculum development, and pastoral care.

I helped found a multi-church, multi-organization approach to catalyzing church planting movements among 100 unreached people groups. This involved global networking, recruiting high capacity leaders, developing organizational partnerships, and integrating disparate ideas into a cohesive approach.Additional effort was given to abstract organizational concepts that were global and intercultural, and we believe this can be an effective and disruptive model for the future of global missions.
