I serve disciples and leaders at The Austin Stone and beyond to cultivate healthy communities and churches through content, processes, and training.I overhauled our ministry strategies and supported the development and execution of congregational ministries. In addition, I developed, overhauled, and rebuilt five different ministries - The Austin Stone Institute, Communications, For the Nations (global mission), For the City (local mission), and Counseling.These five ministries comprised my division, and overall, I managed over $3 million in ministry budgets and over 75 full-time, part-time, and contract staff. I annually fundraised $500k and consistently delivered on performing teams executing faithful ministry. I specialized in redeveloping ministries that were struggling with performance, team dynamics, clear mission and vision, and lack of resources.
