I was the live on site student manager for Jones Properties. I collected rent which I turned in to Roger Jones, the owner, as well as handled any maintanence requests whenever I was called. When I wasn't doing either of those duties I spent my time maintaining the grounds and making sure everything looked really neat and clean to help attract potential.
