I help to maintain and facilitate electronic data integration services between Conservice and their clients. The main services include pulling in data that Conservice teams need to prepare and complete their respective services and then push the completed data products into the clients' databases. I monitor connections for any interruptions of any kind and work with the clients to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Some of the notable clients that I have worked with include Equity Residential, Inland Group (Residential and Investment), Madera Residential, BH Management, Berkshire Communities, Phillips Edison, HTA REIT, ZRS Management, Avanti Residential, Olympus, Urstadt Biddle Properties, AIMCO, and more.This position initially starts out as an EDE Processor, which then advances to EDE Manager when enough time has passed to demonstrate developing skills and being able to meet client needs. This position then advances to EDE Specialist when mastery of the necessary skills has been demonstrated and a proven record of handling the more difficult aspects of the job can be shown. I advanced to EDE Manager in November 2018 and EDE Specialist in March 2019.

I would work with utility providers to work on getting utilities turned on for single family homes. The two most notable clients I do this work for include Bank of America and Fannie Mae. There were times that I would have to track down past due bills or let the clients know about needed maintenance work, deposits, or anything else that a utility provider required when turning on requested utilities.

I worked on helping to resolve clients' utility provider accounts that were past due. This included working with utility providers to locate missing bills and entering the info into our database so that other teams could get the accounts paid and work with the client on other matters. This service helps to save clients a ton of money, especially where late fees are concerned.

I do whatever is needed. It is all IT related in some way. I will have the chance to explore some possible fields like testing, project management, networking, etc. I work with the Finance and Legal department doing QA testing, project management, and learning other skills such as business analysis. I have been assigned to work on the Perpetual Education Fund, which is the student loan program of the church that helps those in foreign countries attend college. I will add more skills as I acquire them during the course of the internship.

I enter data from utility bills that come from Conservice clients. This info is then passed through the company to various departments to be analyzed and processed by different departments depending on the services that the client has requested.

I sort through various recyclable materials to separate them and help get them started for bailing and selling to companies that make use of the sorted materials. I am forklift certified and am a backup route driver at this job.

I was the live on site student manager for Jones Properties. I collected rent which I turned in to Roger Jones, the owner, as well as handled any maintanence requests whenever I was called. When I wasn't doing either of those duties I spent my time maintaining the grounds and making sure everything looked really neat and clean to help attract potential renters.

I washed dishes and cleaned up anything else that needed cleaned. As my time with Dining Services progressed I was taught how to be a cashier in a food setting. Toward the end of my time there I learned how to cook the taco meat as well as making the various crisp burritos for one of the restaurants in the food court called Taco Time.
