I assist the Toyota NY Region Team on their Digital Automotive pursuits which include In-Dealership visits with the goal of improving their Online Presence and eProcesses to increase consumer engagement and close rates. I help them manage their Online Reputation, Social Media, Marketing, Mystery Shop Compliance, OEM Lead Management System, Website Optimization, SERP, SEO, and more.

I assisted the Eastern and Southern Lexus Area Teams on their Digital Automotive pursuits which include Lexus Dealership visits with the goal of improving their online presence and eProcesses to increase consumer engagement and close rates.

I trained and consulted with Automotive Dealerships and OEM's on their eCommerce and Retail strategies including:Email Lead and Phone Lead Handling Skills, Web Site Promotion, Web Site Design and Management, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Automotive Internet User Demographics, Selling Strategies, Traffic Analysis, Return On Investment Metrics, Digital Marketing Ad Spend, Dealership Reputation Management, and Social Media.

I was focused on Digital Marketing and Coaching for the GM dealers in the SE Region who participated in Cobalt's In-Market Retail Marketing Program, where I:* Assisted in initial launch of 1000 GM dealers in Southeast Region.* Conducted in-store visits to review current program metrics from DMA to Dealer digital levels, and make recommendations for improvement in areas that most effectively increase clicks, traffic, and lead generation.* Anticipated upcoming marketing campaigns and work effectively to promote similar programs at the Tier 3 (Dealer) level.* Promoted LMA objectives to coincide with National objectives to increase level of engagement from digital customers.* Worked with GM agencies of record to develop assets (within budget limits) that retailers could utilize on their websites and help the dealers “close-loop” those assets to determine ROI.

Provided automotive Internet Consulting to the top-level management at Lexus automotive franchises.* Assessed dealership processes and gave analysis based on: level of ability, size, number of people involved, online buying services, marketing strategies, and overall strategy for handling incoming leads. Lead Source Performance was also measured and used to improve the profitability of the Internet Departments.* Developed strategy/solution tailored to the goals of the dealer, and work with appropriate staff to complete action items to achieve stated goals.* Molded strategy for process improvement, based on ongoing analysis.* Consulted on SEO and SEM strategy development.* Helped dealer achieve Digital Marketing objectives.* Analyzed dealership Customer Data to determine efficient target marketing campaigns and future actions to encourage ROI of existing spend.

Provided automotive Internet Consulting to the top-level management at more than 200 automotive retailers in Northeast USA. Consulting topics include:* Web site promotion, web site design and management, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, manufacturers standards and guidelines, automotive internet user demographics, selling strategies, traffic analysis, and return on investment metrics.* Was responsible for growing the client business and expanding the products and services Cobalt provides to the Volkswagen/Audi clients.* Expansion included prospecting, selling and launching Volkswagen dealers in the Maritime Provinces of Canada, as well as up selling current accounts.* Responsible for installation and training over 100 dealers on new CRM system* Headed Instructor Led Training Classes to guide dealers through Cobalt Web-Based software tools operation, as well as Internet Process Improvement Learning curriculum.
