About Todd Ramsey

I have retired from IBM after 43 years and am now an independent consultant specializing in Business Transformation and Change Management, Sales Leadership, and Business Development in government accounts. My transformation expertise comes from leading our Federal transformation and being a senior leader and active participant in the Gerstner transformation of IBM. I have also worked with many government agencies globally to transform their operations and manage change in a publicly accountable organizations. The strategy, approach and lessons learned from these experiences apply to both commercial and government accounts. I also have 30 years of experience in sales leadership and business development, primarily in the government space.
