• Oversight of budgets in excess of $20M, representing 150+ full and part-time employees, with operations in David Geffen Hall (2700 seats), Alice Tully Hall (1100 seats), David Rubenstein Atrium (300 seats), Kaplan Penthouse (300 seats), Damrosch Park (5000-7000 capacity) and other venues on- and off-campus • Portfolio of responsibilities include oversight for all customer-facing businesses at Lincoln Center, including: Performance Services (FOH), Box Offices, Guest Services, David Rubenstein Atrium visitor center, Lincoln Center Quik Park Garage ($6M annual revenue), Lincoln Center Guided Tour Program, Accessibility at Lincoln Center, Lincoln Center Ambassador Program• Operational management of all on-campus restaurant / food service / catering / concession operations: Restaurant Associates (David Geffen Hall, Alice Tully Hall, public areas), Tom Colicchio’s ‘wichcraft (David Rubenstein Atrium) and Jonathan Benno’s Lincoln• Select business development initiatives include: strategic partnerships between LCPA and Theatre Development Fund (re-branding the Atrium Box Office as a satellite TKTS location) and between Gray Line Tours and LCPA. Implemented new guest service philosophy and trained 500+ staffers from six organizations. After training, Net Promoter increased by 20%. • Lead participant and extensive experience in union labor negotiations related to stage hands (Local 1), ushers (Local 306), and box office treasurers (Local 752)

• Oversaw the creation of the David Rubenstein Atrium, the 7000 square foot, LEED Certified Gold multi-purpose performance venue and public space – from concept / design, to construction, to its November 2009 opening • Served as client representing Lincoln Center for the $25M construction of the Atrium, working closely and collaborating with architect (Tod Williams Billie Tsien), general contractor (RCDolner), and engineer (ARUP) and designers, acousticians and consultants; worked extensively with various NYC government agencies (Department of City Planning, Department of Cultural affairs) during design approval process• Responsible for day-to-day management of the facility, its programs and services and strategic long-term planning from 2008 -2011• Since November 2009 opening, the Atrium has welcomed over 3 million visitors and presents 110 free performances, events and educational activities annually• Responsible for creation of management of the Atrium’s annual $3M operating budget • Responsible for staffing and cultivating the David Rubenstein Advisory Board; this board of trustees provided governance, financial support and leadership to the Atrium’s initiatives• Played a leadership role in Atrium fundraising initiatives seeking and securing support from individuals, corporations, foundations and government agencies• Responsible for the creation of all Atrium programs and services, including: TKTS at Lincoln Center, Atrium 360 – free weekly performances (formerly known as Target Free Thursdays), and LC Kids at the Atrium • Actively involved with marketing and public relations initiatives related to the 2009 opening / launch of the facility and the support of ongoing programmatic Atrium initiatives• Proactively marketed the Atrium as an income generating rental venue; hosted hundreds of private events since opening (including galas, cocktail parties, press conferences and numerous events associated with NYC Mercedes Benz Fashion Week)
