Led the development and release of 3 new key real-world data products – Cerner’s EHR Data, Claims Data, and Linked Data. Drove the selection of the claims partner, commercial strategy, use cases, and am a key subject-matter expert with RWE clients. Built significant investment plans for new RWD-based products and offerings, including key partnerships with data and service providers. Worked closely with life sciences companies in a consultative sales role for use of these products.

Led Kantar Health’s drive into the real-world data space by creating a new set of offerings linking our National Health & Wellness Survey with EHR and claims partners. Led the selection process of our claims and EHR partners and managed the relationships. Drove awareness for Kantar’s RWD market presence by multiple speaking engagements and publications. Worked closely with life sciences companies on linked data solutions.

Leader in the design and development of a next-generation RWD/RWE platform for cohort creation and analytics from global healthcare claims and EHR data, for the purpose of providing outcomes-based research solutions for HEOR, epidemiology, market access, and clinical trial optimization within life sciences. Hands-on involvement with IQVIA’s global RWD sources, both claims and EHR. Worked in collaboration with two (2) top 10 pharma companies in developing the technologies.

Led the life sciences business unit for two mid-sized tech consulting companies. Subject-matter expert and commercial leader for various technology / products involving RWD, including Clinical Trial EDC system, a pharmacogenomics data warehouse, a drug discovery data warehouse, and a genetic sample management system.

Co-founder and lead architect of the first and premier online mapping system. Directed the design of the software tools and development of the mapping databases driving the site. Planned, organized and hired from a staff of 1 to over 100 software and mapping data engineers, facilitating revenue growth from $4 million to $28 million over 4 years.
