Verifying the accuracy of the production reporting by counting production materials on the production floor and reconciles the counts in SAP.Analyzes all material movements related to production such as finished goods bookings and transfer bookings between the SAP locations. Create production reports for operators. Books finished goods into SAP. Reconciles and adjusts inventory as needed. Generates and maintains department’s reports. Answers incoming customer service telephone calls and gathers information from the caller to identify customer's needs. Investigates and attempts to resolve customer issues. Cash applications and cash reconciliation, effective credit analysis, collection follow up, release credit holds.
