Managing a remote team responsible for outbound load planning, for deliveries out of 18 C&S facilities to customers Nationwide. Responsible for team of 15 employees that represent a larger team of 30 employees. This includes coverage 20 hours a day, 7 days a week to plan orders in multiple billings, every hour, prior to warehouse case selection. Objectives include maximizing truck utilization, planning deliveries on time, and ensuring billings are not delayed. Responsible for communications around issues/failures to the business if a delay occurs, while working with I.T. partners to correct. Managing billing/delivery special requests, changes due to holiday closures, weather events, labor issues and technical interruptions. Constant cross-collaboration with Customers, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse Operations and Transportation. Supporting onboarding of new business, implementing systems, and enhancing processes to grow and improve the business and the overall customer experience.

Leading a team that works to Enhance Inbound/Outbound forecasting, to facilitate advanced planning around volume lifts with Procurement, Merchandising, Transportation and Operations, driven by seasonal activity, advanced inventory purchases or business disruptions/changes. Creating and improving tools and reports to aid in planning with Facilities. Executing volume moves in and out of internal and 3rd party storage locations to stay within or under budget, while keeping selection facilities fluent.

Analyzing historical and current inbound purchase/delivery trends. Collaboratively working between Warehouses and the Procurement Department, to coordinate warehouse labor, to improve flow of goods, to supply customer Super Market Chains such as Ahold/Stop & Shop, Tops, Winn Dixie, & Key Foods, and meeting their targeted service levels.

Purchasing inventory from dry grocery and frozen food vendors into C&S owned warehouses, as a third-party provider, to supply Super Market Chains. Maintaining low inventory to maximize profit, while obtaining a service level target of 96.5% of delivered of goods to the costumer. Seeking out solutions with vendors/customers, to move excess and short-dated inventory to avoid loss of company profit.

Specializing in customer service, sales (in and out of the office), working with corporate accounts, insurance companies, body shops and car dealerships, as well as assessing risk and making sure payments are current.

Working in Assets Protection to ensure a safe and secure environment, creating a presence, viewing surveillance, tracking high-value merchandise and documenting in-store incidents.
