Real estate is not what I do, it's who I am. I arrived in the Gallatin Valley to pursue my real estate career approximately 7 years ago. I had the opportunity to work alongside my grandfather, Larry Wilcox, who spent 30 years in the Gallatin Valley as a full-time Broker. In those 7 years, I was able to learn from the best and gain an immense amount of experience and knowledge in the field in a short period. In 7 years, we closed 136 sales equaling $65M+ in residential real estate sales, and are still growing. During that time, I was able to learn strong business ethics and how to maintain excellence in the industry through integrity, communication, discipline, and consistency. In addition to excelling and achieving my business goals, community involvement is extremely important to me. Spending many years in Bozeman throughout my life has made the Gallatin Valley a very special place for me. I have donated 5% of ALL residential real estate sales to the local nonprofit charity of my Seller's or Buyer's choice. Bozeman is home to over 100+ local nonprofit organizations, and we feel it is important to give back to our community as we grow as a valley. Achieving civic involvement is also extremely important to me. I have worked at numerous company and charity events in the community such as the St. Jude Telethon Event and much more! In addition to maintaining civic involvement, I have also dedicated time to our MLS association and was a part of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Board for 2 years and became the Vice President in 2019. In addition to becoming the YPN Vice President, I was awarded the Gallatin Association of Realtors, "Rookie of The Year" award in 2019. Currently, I am still running my real estate business full-time and independently, and I have also started as the General Manager & Marketing Director for the Gallatin Valley Mall in Bozeman, MT. The Gallatin Valley Mall is undergoing a 50-million-dollar renovation and will soon become Gallatin Crossing. The Gallatin Valley Mall has been the heartbeat of Bozeman for many years. We are excited to be growing as a mall for the community and look forward to offering our peers a premier shopping center soon.
