Responsibilities:● Manage exemplary customer relations in the preparation and execution of quality events and functions including weddings, high profile media events and corporate functions● Proactively identify and resolve issues in consultation with clients, where appropriate, and other stakeholders including third party suppliers and service providers● Work flexibly across multiple venues ensuring sound knowledge of operational running of each location● Communicate proactively and professionally with other front of house and back of house staff to ensure seamless delivery of service ● Continually monitor team, venue and activity to ensure impeccable presentation and attention to detail● Support induction, training and development of junior team members
