Fight for Peace is a youth development charity that uses combat sports (boxing, judo, mixed martial arts, etc) as a vehicle for reducing offending and violence, and promoting peace in communities. We provide a safe environment for young people to form trusting relationships, set goals, to learn about self control and to achieve positive life outcomes. We have academies in Newham (London) and Rio (Brazil) and an alliance network of 150 partners around the world that use Fight for Peace's transformational methodologies.

We helped brands to create real change. We created campaigns, projects and programmes that moved the dial on society’s greatest challenges. We helped businesses to build sustainable brand preference while minimising the risk of cynicism from today’s informed consumers and employees.

Interim/fixed-term contract. Led international campaign development for one of the world’s fastest growing youth social innovation organisations. Peace First supports young people around the world to create their own innovative solutions to the issues that they care most about, including gun violence, access to education, mental health, bullying and LGBTQ+ rights. I created a network of funders, implementation partners, media companies and philanthropists to develop geographic and thematic campaigns across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Founded a business development consultancy for the charity sector. Frodas designed, tested and delivered strategies to diversify charities’ income. Client projects include:- Blenheim CDP (now Humankind): creation of a decision support tool for business development- City Year UK: research project to evaluate market for commercial business concept- Health Poverty Action: proposition development and pilot testing for consultancy offer

Interim/fixed-term contract. I ran a large scale cultural and development programme for young people: somewhereto_One of only four national Olympic Legacy programmes, somewhereto_ helped young people around the UK to access free space to do the things they love and turn their passions into careers. It helped young dancers to find free rehearsal space, young artists to access free studio space, young entrepreneurs to use free office space, etc.In 2016 we launched a commercial offer which generated a new source of sustainable income to support the programme. We became a marketplace of interesting and inspiring venues for businesses to hire - meeting rooms, party venues, event spaces, etc. When a business booked with us a young person got a space for free, and the chance to bring their idea or vision to life.My responsibilities covered all areas of the programme - programme design & delivery, monitoring & evaluation, funding, marketing, communications, business development.

I led the business unit responsible for:- brand performance- corporate relationships- commercial ventures (trading)

I ran the SEAT UK account Nokia UK accounts.

I worked for several agencies within the BBDO group: AMV Advance, Pentamark, Minerva and AMV BBDO. Client's included Sainsbury's, Argos, Gallo Wines and Chrysler Jeep.
