CurrentResponsibilities have expanded YoY along below lines to current state (GM/Partner in 2018; VP in 2023) - leading the New Commerce and Commercial Strategy organization as part of Microsoft Monetization and Business Planning. This organization is responsible for our pricing and licensing policies and strategies spanning: - Cross-Cloud pricing and licensing strategies that span Azure, M365 and D365 - Cross-Product and hybrid strategies spanning Office, Windows, Windows Server and SQL Server - Licensing Programs and Go-To-Markets (MCA, Enterprise Agreement, SCE, CSP, SPLA hosting) - Leading a broad digital transformation of these GTMs to deliver increased customer and partner value - Leading strategies and new offer development through research, economic analysis and business need - Helping teams solve problems through ownership and management of Microsoft product use rights - Directing Microsoft’s marketing organizations commerce engineering investment priorities - Work with engineering teams to define and communicate requirements for complex projects - Field, partner and customer licensing readiness and engagement, including Microsoft.com/Licensing - Engaging closely with executives, field, and partners to deliver, land and execute strategies - Represent marketing in empowerment strategy and deal negotiation escalations globally - Recruit, lead, develop and retain talent to maintain a high-performance 80+ person organization
