The head barman of a Thai restaurant whose job was to ensure that drinks (ranging from beers and wines to cocktails) were made to a high standard and left the bar quickly. The position saw me develop an established cleaning regime for the bar and other related areas; all skills which I was then tasked with passing onto other restaurant staff via 1-to-1 training. The role also allowed for input regarding changes and additions to the restaurant's cocktail menu.

This role involved acting as a representative for the university and supporting the promotion of a variety of courses to prospective students. Work was offered on a first come first served basis and varied from producing content for the university's various social media channels, as well as presenting at online open days to provide a student's perspective to university life.

Two-month work experience placement at the Water Services Corporation in Malta as part of the ERASMUS+ program. The placement involved work in accredited chemical and microbiology laboratories, using a variety of techniques to analyse water samples ensuring compliance with a number of European regulatory standards.
