Operations Manager
Tom has taken a short sabbatical from his usual CM roles to answer the call of a friend who owns Robomate. Robomate has recently experienced, and continues to experience immense growth. Tom joined Robomate to help redesign the business structures and carry out recruitment (people), implement a new stack of technology and migrate data (technology) and establish key workflows (process). Tom thoroughly enjoyed his time at Air NZ, during which he worked with amazing people across a variety of tribes and squads.
