Responsible for direct sales, enquirers generated by our distributors and through our website. I was responsible for ensuring that our four instrument products were well presented to our clients, building good relationships and providing them with configurations of systems which are suitable for the processes and long term requirements. By negotiating with suppliers I provided our systems at competitive prices to enable us to compete on the global market.Once our instruments had been built at our site I arranged for them to be dispatched through our couriers completing all the relevant export paperwork coordinating delivery with our clients. Once delivered I arranged for the installation and training to take place at the client’s site supporting them throughout the lifetime of the instrument providing regular maintenance, training and support services if required.I was responsible for performing installations and training of our analytical instruments at client sites, providing comprehensive training as part of our in-house training courses and managing the freeze-drying requirements of an EU funded research project developing non-invasive prenatal diagnostics.
