After deciding that Uni wasn't for me, I flirted with the world of IT.My travels took me to a wonderful company by the name of Northamber that allowed me to enter the illustrious world of telecoms. No longer was I the humble server technician that I'd been heavily trained in but was suddenly exposed to the majesty that is Mitel Networks. After meeting a number of their engineers I still wasn't put off and decided to become a field engineer.After taking some time out to travel (and subsequently run a few bars and clubs in Oz) I found myself back in blighty and ready to work.After working for some of the largest Mitel solutions providers in the UK whilst prograssing through the ranks to find myself as a solutions architect I have spend the last 5 years in the vendor space for all things UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS and AI. These exciting and feature rich solutions really bring joy in to my working life and now I have significant experience installing, designing, supporting and evangelising SaaS solutions.
