I have ultimate responsibility for the creation and development of JSP’s growth into the North American Market - United Sates / Canada & Mexico. • JSP’s Irish distributor network sales teams to improve knowledge of identifying safety risks and understanding which products to utilise for different applications
• Key end users in Industry and Construction to improve safety compliance to reduce injuries / deaths in line with the Irish Health and Safety Executive’s initiative programmes
• Irish government Homeland Security Agencies (first response respiratory protection guidance)
• Irish Health Service Executive (HSE) with regards to Irish Government Pandemic Preparedness programme (in line with the recent avian and swine flu outbreaks)

• Attend intensive product training programs, delivered by our manufacturers at their international factories and develop a continuous flow of information regarding product developments and improvement
• Develop a specific training schedule with our employees to maximise their knowledge and efficiency
• Create all training material and hand outs, so that employees and customers could relate back for reference at a later date
• Liaise with company directors to evaluate training programs and make necessary improvements as required
• Work within a pre-determined budget and submit reports to explain expenditure
