I am a skilled Coach/Mentor over many years and became accredited in 2021. I am a trusted advisor to many senior executives in the public and private sector. I am also a guest speaker at community events and employee training workshops. I am particularly successful in coaching for career progression and preparing candidates for interviews for job opportunities.

I provide high level public/private sector advisory services on a consultancy basis to various national and international companies. The services provided include advising on major development projects, corporate strategy development, community partnership engagement, procurement, coaching, mentoring and public sector relationships.

Chairperson and Founder of the Island of Ireland Cooperation Ireland/IPB Pride of Place Awards now in its 19th year. These Awards are now regarded as Ireland's most prestigious community awards.

I delivered the Human Resources Module of all Post-Grad courses until 2019. I also lectured on the Diploma in Local Government for the IPA. I am also a guest speaker on its Leadership program.
