Current•Played an important role in the development of a comprehensive strategic plan for Filterra, an initiative designed to ensure long-term growth. * Laid the foundation to pursue market domination across Maryland through aggressive promotional strategies, including the facilitation of up to 12 lunch-and-learn sessions with civil engineering firms each month; in addition, obtained government approval for the use of Filterra’s newest products in Maryland’s largest and most bureaucratic county, Montgomery County. • Awaiting written approval for the use of products in a Montgomery County’s public right-of-ways; the only proprietary manufactured storm water treatment devices will be the first formally permitted in the county, and one of the first permitted for use anywhere else in the US. • Achieved a 5% increase in sales despite promoting products in a marketplace devastated by the recession. Sold the first commercial installation of the new Filterra BioPave product family, combining the Filterra bioretention practice with permeable pavers manufactured by a sister company.
