Current-Using exceptional product and brand knowledge to provide the best service possible and make an enjoyable and memorable experience for every customer and help create a lasting relationship for the brand.-Conduct myself within a professional and luxury manner whilst on the sales floor, contacting customers and whilst communicating with colleagues or customers.-Having the responsibility to take customer requests, within this role if we did not have the product the customer wanted, I would simply take their details e.g., name, phone number, email and the product they wanted. I would then log into the excel system that Canada Goose have set up for this process and log the customers details and the product they wanted into the system. After this when the product would arrive I would contact the customer letting them know their product is ready for them. Birmingham has one of the highest ratings for customers purchasing through customer requests and I believe my help within that is a big part of the success.
