I would then log into the excel system that Canada Goose have set up for this process and log the customers details and the product they wanted into the system. After this when the product would arrive I would contact the customer letting them know their product is ready for them. Birmingham has one of the highest ratings for customers purchasing through customer requests and I believe my help within that is a big part of the success.

Collecting deliveries as well as scanning and putting away the items. Finding the correct place to put an item depending on what it is e.g. heavy items on the floor, light items such as pillows on top shelf’s and smaller items in baskets, making it safe and suitable for sales associates to access and collect for customers. As well as taking on the role of selling in the shop floor and putting transactions through the till and processing Argos Cards.
