• Managed a classified project with a budget of $2,000,000 per year and a staff of twelve people with the of using current IT to automate the management functions of the entire facility.• Designed and installed the network infrastructure and designed and managed NOC for the site• Provided documentation for process improvements, technology assessments, trade-off analyses, configuration management, security requirements.• Worked/Managed project startup and short duration projects that required knowledge of communications architectures, access control, Lotus Notes and various operating systems. Responsibilities included design, implementation, documentation, project briefing, and project management. • Manager and senior systems engineer for two different worldwide rollouts (Army JAG and Dept. of Commerce) of Lotus Notes using NT and UNIX platforms. Created the architectural design and lead the implementation of the designs as well as the installation of both projects. • Was the Senior Systems Engineer for a classified project involving the design, installation and integration of a campus wide Lotus Notes architecture that served approximately 4000 users. • Managed the QSI corporate MIS group and had three main areas of responsibility. Vint Hill Farms Station, Va/Sinop Turkey

While in the Army and assigned to Vint Hill Farms VA, was an Assistant Product Quality Manager for the Product Assurance and Test Directorate. Provided technical assistance in the review, analysis, and development of quality assurance requirements in specifications, test plans, test procedures, and test reports related to newly acquired electronic warfare systems. Worked with direction finding, locating, jamming and collection equipment. Assisted the Product Quality Managers and the Reliability Engineers by visiting contractor’s plants and test sites to witness testing and to monitor production to assure program maintenance. Reviewed Engineering Change Proposals, requests for waivers, etc. Was an electronics technician for the Army at Vint Hill and Field Station Sinop (Turkey). At Vint Hill performed depot-level maintenance and overhaul on electronic warfare systems. Specialized on recorders and microprocessor controlled receiving equipment. At Sinop I worked with a wide variety of equipment (receivers, recorders, mux/demux, signal processors, etc.). As the Shift Maintenance Supervisor at the US Army Field Station Sinop, I assigned workorder priorities, scheduled, monitored, and coordinated the preventive and corrective maintenance actions for several SIGINT collection and processing systems.
