In February 2022 I joined Foresters Financial. I was delighted to take on this new challenge and am really looking forward to the journey ahead. Prior to this, I had worked for Barclays since 2013 where my most recent role was as a personal banker working in Hounslow, one of their busiest West London branches. Within my role I interacted with clients both over the phone and face to face, assisting them with everyday banking queries, as well as using my knowledge and experience to be a trusted guide, enabling customers to make key decisions around their financial wants and needs.From everyday borrowing such as loans, credit cards and overdrafts, to secure borrowing, whereby I am able to assist clients with the initial stages of mortgage applications. I also dealt with the various insurance products that Barclays provide. A key element to my role is identifying areas where we can save clients time and money and provide them a peace of mind using the products and services listed above.
