With over 40 years of experience in concrete assessment and repair, Mr. Kline has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience as Engineering Services Division Manager, then Director of Concrete Repair Solutions both nationally and internationally, for STRUCTURAL – USA’s largest dedicated concrete repair company. Mr. Kline manages and directs a diverse group of technical experts in providing design-build capabilities, developing turnkey repair strategies and implementing sophisticated and verifiable repair programs for a wide range of concrete repair customers.Mr. Kline also serves as a Guest Lecturer for various seminars, symposiums and workshops for the American Concrete Institute, Portland Cement Association, International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), Cooling Technology Institute (CTI) and various trade organizations regarding the evaluation, assessment and repair/strengthening of reinforced concrete structures, for national and international audiences. Author of numerous publications/articles regarding the evaluation, assessment and repair/strengthening of reinforced concrete structures. Mr. Kline was formerly an ICRI Director and ICRI Committee Chairman of ICRI Guideline No. 03436 Guide to Using In-situ Pull-Off Tests to Evaluate Bond of Concrete Surface Repairs. Additionally, Mr. Kline was formerly Chairman of CTI Committee ESG 123 Recommended Guidelines for Concrete Restoration & Repairs to Natural & Mechanical Draft Cooling Towers and Co-Chairman of CTI Committee ESG 160 for Recommended Guidelines for Corrosion Protection of Reinforced Concrete Mechanical & Natural Draft Cooling Towers. Mr. Kline now serves on the Board of Directors at CTI as well as serving as Chairman of CTI Committee STD 166 Recommended Standard for Fire Resistant Partition Systems used in Cooling Towers.
