Responsible for the management of internal customer accounts and a number of major accounts, serving as the first point of contact, providing a friendly and efficient service that meets and aims to exceed customer expectations, and ultimately driving customer loyalty.Supporting the External Sales team to grow major accounts to meet Company targets and objectives.

James Walker supply high performance sealing products across a broad spectrum of industries including Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Metallurgical, HPI, CPI, Power and Defence and a general team for accounts not in the above sectors. I work in a dynamic department looking after 2 industry sectors which comprise of the power industry including nuclear, coal and gas, bio fuel and renewables, and also the defence sector supplying the OEM's and repair contractors.I lead a team of Internal Sales Representatives within James Walker managing the day to day running of the staff, working to KPI's and targets and also liaising closely with manufacturing, logistics, accounts and our extensive customer base to ensure our customers get an outstanding and memorable service.
