Managing small and large office furniture installations from inception to completion. Critical project tasks I was involved with include: attending construction meetings, site visits, planning, problem solving, proof of concept, design, development, implementation and delivery. Key installations that I managed include, but are not limited to: • Hamilton Lane: consisted of 350+ workstations, 79 offices and ancillary over four floors. Phased installation requiring precise planning. • University of Delaware: consisted of 600+ workstations, 70 offices, lab and ancillary over five floors in one of their newly constructed building.• PRA Group: includes various locations throughout the country. Installs in total included 800+ workstations and 100+ offices and ancillary.• Subaru of America: includes various locations throughout the country furnishing their headquarters and satellite offices. In total these projects allowed me to oversee the installation of hundreds of workstations, offices and ancillary furniture.

Purchasing Agent in the Business and Administration department providing campus wide assistance, contract negotiations, metrics and reporting to all departments. Managed a purchasing department that processed over 3,500 purchase orders a year. Created and released annual bids for product and services that exceeded $15,000.00. Successful migration and launch of new contracts that were initiated through consortium. In addition, I worked closely with the Director of Capital projects and was heavily involved in the oversight and daily activities for the construction of a 55,000 sq. ft Science and Technology Center.

Responsible for all purchasing initiatives supporting the Global Procurement department. Implemented policy and procedures for purchasing all raw material, equipment, vital supplies and services for departments worldwide. Provided training and support on the purchasing software application for all North America and Canada.
