Responsible for identifying sales and partnering opportunities within the government sector for remote payment services via credit and debit cards. Supervised a staff of four sales people responsible for sales in 33 states to over 1,100 customers. Also responsible for field operations and implementation of services to many major accounts insuring appropriate service delivery and opportunities for expansion of remote payment services.

Oversaw supervision services provided to defendants released on bail in criminal cases for 22 State District Courts and 15 County Courts in Harris County, TX (Houston, TX). Supervised a staff of 22 employees that provided services 6 days a week - office open 68 hours weekly to service defendants placed under agency supervision. Some of the services provided defendants and the courts included drug screening, community and social services referral, house arrest/curfew monitoring, employment referral, court date notification, and mental health referral. Responsible for policy development; program evaluation; interaction with judiciary, attorneys, prosecutors, defendants and their families, and probation officials; and participated in agency budget preparation and grant writing for program and staff funding.
