Long Term, Part-time substitute for 6 grade.

• Responsible for the 95+ daily flights of the Operations Dept in accordance with the Mission Statement, Ground Operation Manual, and Basic Rules of Conduct.• Organize, assign, and assist 10 to 13 Operation Agents with flights to ensure time constraints are met, and be available for Customer issues including emergency situations.• Complete daily/weekly/monthly audits of Agents' paperwork to ensure accuracy and FAA compliance.• Help train and mentor all 37 Agents, prepare annual Agent evaluations for teams of 5 or 8, respond to Customer complaint letters, and other special projects assigned by Management.• Assist in administrative duties, assign overtime to meet cost saving goals, and work closely with the Agents to meet performance goals. As a result, the station was top five in both categories from 2006 to 2011.
