Investigate and inspect environmental pollution claims including Diesel, Home heating oil, Fire, Flood and Explosions. As a 3rd party consultant representing major insurance carriers we assist in determining liability and recommend corrective actions for cleanup or subrogation purposes. Lead project's and coordinate large scale remediation projects, work closely with NYS DEC, EPA, DEP, USCG and many other local officials to complete projects according to state and federal compliance guidelines. Accurately document and photograph losses, file reports and supporting documentation for progress reports and carriers review. Work closely with subrogation managers and attorneys.

With a focus on Risk Management and Environmental Pollution. We supply Claims Investigation for a wide range of clients. Our services include 1st or 3rd party liability and property damage claims involving commercial or residential properties. We determine and develop New Safety and Training programs based on past claims review and safety audit findings. We also supply Investigative and Inspection services for Real Estate and Mortgage Financing Institutions including pre-purchase and occupant verification.

Safety, loss prevention and claims investigating, my goal was to identify risk and reduce losses. By creating awareness and supplying a hands on training approach this becomes an achievable goal with extremely positive results. In September 2017 I was dispatched to work in Florida for an extended period of time as a CAT adjuster following Hurricane Irma. I was the NY Operations/Logistics Manager for Dedicated Transport base in Cleveland Ohio. Originally tasked with solving severe inventory shortage problems. After reviewing the situation and implementing multiple new policies and procedure all inventory issues were resolved within a 30 day period. Continuing on my days were full managing Drivers, Warehouse and Office personal, Testing inbound oil samples for quality control, Inventory tracking, Keeping records of Fleet Maintenance, Maintaining DOT records and compliance issues, Safety Training. When our contract was terminated by our employer ENI. I was asked to stay on as the new Operations Manager by Polsinello Fuel who is the New Distributor for ENI USA in the tri state area.

My position oversaw all of the day to day operations of both the Service department and the Oil delivery department. All delivery drivers and service technicians reported directly to me.

Starting as an Assistant Terminal Operator I was promoted to Terminal Manager in less then 6 months as well as becoming the Emergency Coordinator for the facility. I tracked all inventory in-bound and out-bound to the facility as well as working closely with the accounting and auditing departments. at the peak of the season i was tracking more then 1 million gallons a week.

I offered oil and gas heating repair including installation of water heaters and oil tanks. I would also serve as a general contractor on small kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.
