Dealt with queries from the trading desk and from GSAM's client base on a day to day basis and responsible for operational relationship management of a number of institutional and charity clients.

Principally collating and analysing data for a project to harmonise client fees and intermediary relationships within the business and presenting analysis to heads of department and fund managers. I also assisted in preparing for the FATCA tax regulations and worked on the re-structuring of the private pensions business.
