Responsible for the strategic oversight of all internal company operations for industry-leading, vertically integrated commercial real estate developer, investor and operator, successfully executing more than $2B of development and redevelopment projects throughout the Central, Southern and Southeastern portions of the United States across various product types. Business lines overseen included acquisitions, asset management, construction management, development, finance, HR, leasing, marketing and property management, with a staff of 50+ professionals spread across over a dozen locations throughout the Central US.Previously led asset management team responsible for key operational oversight throughout the Glenstar portfolio including execution of large-scale redevelopments and ground-up development projects in assets ranging from 150K to over 1M square feet.

Lead associate within Chicago office investment sales team which completed more than $4B in regional sales during tenure, representing the largest volume amongst any investment brokerage firm. Responsible for the preparation of in-depth financial analyses, composition of comprehensive offering memorandums, gathering of relevant market data, property tours, correspondence with potential investors regarding market- and property-specific items, as well as coordination of due diligence and closing.Participated in the sale of institutionally owned real estate throughout the Midwest with projects ranging from $10M up to, and including, the $850M sale of 300 N LaSalle which at the time was the highest aggregate and per square foot sales price for a multi-tenant office project within Chicago and the entire Midwest region.

Effectuated the acquisition and disposition of institutional quality properties in the Central Region of the US, focused on best-in-class office and industrial assets, for one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investors with $10B+ in assets under management.Member of two-person team responsible for execution and oversight of key transactional processes including acquisition sourcing, market research, relationship management, financial underwriting, due diligence, investment committee communications, financing placement, negotiations, structuring and closing. Completed the acquisition and disposition of nearly $1.5B of office and industrial assets, totaling more than 4M square feet, with individual assets ranging from $20M to $600M+.

As a member of the Financial Consulting Group, provided state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to corporations, financial institutions, REIT's and real estate advisory companies. Intensive financial due diligence and underwriting of commercial real estate assets in excess of 40M total square feet, with an aggregate consideration of over $5B, establishing an in-depth understanding of the capital markets and application of advanced analytical skills.
