I am responsible for the Risk Assessments and Method Statements for both Contractors and in house Engineers in my areas. Using SAP and bespoke spread sheets to provide and monitor the Maintenance and Performance for my areas to meet the Companies KPI targets. I am also in charge of LOLER and provide Service Improvements to the maintenance and processes.I have to provide and control spares through critical spares analysis and control the spending in each area through budget forecasting and budget control. Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement in a Manufacturing Environment. I was employed as a Multi-Skilled Engineer and worked up to being a Team Leader and then Supervisor of Maintenance. This then became a lot more planning and control of the Maintenance Activities.

I began BMW completing an Apprenticeship in Manufacturing Engineering concentrating on both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. I then worked as a Manufacturing Technician on the Cylinder Head Machining line and worked on the Lean Manufacturing team.
