Project Manager at GRAEF responsible for day to day management and design assistance on a wide variety of ongoing infrastructure projects including sewer, roadway and bridge reconstruction projects. Responsibilities include developing scope and fee estimates, oversight of project design, monitoring budgets, scheduling staff, invoicing, coordination with subconsultants, and contract maintenance. Also assist in managing office operations including business development activities, preparation of proposals, overall office staff scheduling and identifying office staffing needs.I’ve been involved with design and management of a wide variety of infrastructure projects during my career at GRAEF. The majority of my work has been with the City of Chicago Department of Transportation and the City of Chicago Department of Water Management (Sewer Section). I’ve also completed projects for the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois Tollway, the Chicago Park District, the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways, the Forest Preserve District of Cook County, the Kane County Division of Transportation, and several municipalities around Chicagoland. I’ve enjoyed working with the staff at all of these entities and have appreciated the opportunity to do so.
