Provide system solutions support to the sales team by producing system designs, BOMs and reviewing specifications and tenders. Managed the planning and delivery of both live events and A/V installations from outdoor cinema and music festivals to hospitality A/V fitouts and service and bespoke real estate display suite design and fit-out. Implemented solutions to issues as they arose across all the area's of operations of the business. Implemented an inventory management system well under-budget to track and maintain all assets of the business, with the ability to expand to CMS and invoicing features in the future. Responsible for the safe delivery of over 100 events across regional NSW with crowd sizes of 100-9000 people for clients such as Newcastle Permanent, NSWNPS, NSW Rugby and many others. Generated and amended OH&S documentation such as SWMS and JSEA for permanent and live installation such as for the Tumbalong Park installation of VIVID Festival. Spearheaded multiple A/V installations, from standard zoned audio and video for hospitality clients to 270 Degree Immersive and interactive displays with scent machine integration, Managing the planning, systems design, preparation of design documentation and invoices as well as being on-site to manage and execute final installation interstate for clients such as the Star Casino, Aqualand and Mirvac.

Working on the dedicated Telstra and later, Bauer media accounts, ensured and maintained full retails planogram compliance and point of sale visibility in major retailers across my assigned area. This included ensuring stock and POS of sale was on hand and displayed correctly as well as negotiating extra off-location promotional space through liaison with the store managers. Later worked on the NBN rollout team, travelling to regional areas across NSW and QLD to liase with the public and provide information regarding the regional NBN rollout.
