The Fan Advisory Board comprises of nine fan members that assist and advise the club’s leadership team on areas including, but not limited to:- The club’s vision and strategic objectives.- Improving the matchday fan experience through face-to face and digital connection.- Proposals relating to the club’s heritage assets.- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) commitments.- Development plans at St. James’ Park.- Supporting the growth of the club’s fanbase domestically and globally.- Communications by the club with its supporters.- Work in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis:Pipeline Analysis: Examine quarterly pipeline linearity to identify trends and forecast sales performance.Sales Metrics: Develop dashboards to track KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.- Sales Reports:Account Spend Analysis: Create detailed account spend reports to optimize sales strategies.Sales Forecasting: Generate accurate sales forecasts to aid in strategic planning.- Sales Support:Operational Assistance: Support the sales team with presentations, CRM updates, and cross-functional coordination.Client Interaction: Facilitate communication between sales reps and clients at customer events such as the HPE Services Golf Day.- Managing the HPE VIP Suite at Tottenham Hotspur:Event Coordination: Managed, coordinated and hosted events in the VIP Suite at Spurs, enhancing customer and partner relationships.- Charity & Volunteering Committee Lead:Leadership: Led our team of fellow interns raising over £18,000 for charity and drove community engagement through volunteer activities.
