Directing a team of designers to constantly deliver extraordinary work to our clients is what it’s all about. I manage the flow of projects through our team, client meetings, setting deliverables and timing, quality control and overall customer satisfaction. I also continue to act as a senior designer as much as possible and still take on my own projects to stay fresh. Lastly, I continue to find ways to inspire and motivate my team to keep pursuing our company goals as well as their own professional goals.

Designer for the plastic packaging industry. Developing packaging that is intuitive, innovative, and cost effective for our clients and consumers. Categories include food packaging (quick serve restaurants, grocery stores), paint, pharmaceutical, and household chemicals. Responsibilities include brainstorming, sketching, rapid prototyping, consumer research, managing external resources, and collaboration with our largest customers.

Assisted in troubleshooting a customized version of ProEngineer.

Designed products for the Kitchen & Bath business team as well as the Lawn & Garden business team. This included concept sketching, Alias modeling and rendering, and ProEngineer modeling. Concepts were then prototyped and tested in consumer research.

Contributed towards designs for Mead. Utilized Graphite Vellum to draft designs which were outsourced to China for production.
