I am a Senior Technical Recruiter in the Bloomington office of Randstad Technologies (formerly Technisource and initially IntelliMark). I've been with Randstad since January 2000, began and performed my first several years as an Account Executive, later moved into recruiting, and am a 4-time Presidents Club Winner. My prior industry experience is in business and systems analysis, project management and leadership, IT management, and management consulting at Cargill, Touche Ross and Target, and have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with major in Information Systems. I've been affiliated with multiple professional organizations including 4 years as an officer of the Twin Cities Rational User Group. I am responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle process including the management and training of consultants in the field. I have proven experience in delivery of application development, quality assurance, infrastructure, engineering, ERP, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and C-level IT professionals. My goal is for people to be comfortable in working with me, trust me, and then refer others to me, which I am humbled to say happens on an on-going basis.
