I am an investor, environmental social justice advocate, and Advisor to the CEO of SunPower. I spent 18 years on the front lines of the solar revolution as the CEO of SunPower, and have more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles at disruptive technology and energy organizations. Before joining SunPower, I was CEO at Silicon Light Machines, Inc., an optical solutions subsidiary of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation; prior to that I held the role of VP and general manager of the Business Connectivity Group of 3Com Corp. I serve on the boards of Wolfspeed Inc., H2U, AddEnergie, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, CALSSA, the University of Wisconsin College of Engineering Industrial Advisory Board, and the Marquette University Board of Trustees. I am passionate about investing and advising companies that will lead us to a better, cleaner, more equitable future. I care deeply about creating equal access to a healthy environment and reversing the impacts of climate change for those that have been disproportionately impacted by environmental harm. I believe together we can change the way our world is powered.
