From Monday 20th November I will be taking the role of Project Engineer - Chassis Joints & Interfaces at Aston Martin, Gaydon, UK. Having previously held roles at JLR SV Chassis as Senior Engineer, Chassis Joint Integrity and as core chassis joint integrity lead engineer and core chassis rear links lead engineer prior to that, I have developed a strong understanding of threaded joint integrity and joints design.I am driven to ensure the best performing & safest product is developed for the consumer, whilst innovating to reduce mass, complexity and thus cost. Threaded joints are an area where massive gains can be achieved in all these areas.Previous to this I was a Test & Integration engineer (Student Placement) for Red Bull Technology and am an Oxford Brookes University Graduate.Outside of work I am a motorsports fanatic following Formula 1 & Formula E down to the grass roots of club racing. I also have interests in cars more generally (completing maintenance as much as possible on our cars), music, current affairs and exploring the countryside with my wife and young son.
