I manage the day to day operations of our electrical groups on Overhead projects. This can be anywhere form a single pole set for NB work , HEDRIX installations, re-conductor projects and Pole relocations including Osmose pole replacements. I manage 200 union employees and deal with any grievances, all the hiring from multiple union locals. I am heavily involved with our apprenticeship programs I sit on the subcommittee board for the ALBAT apprentice program. Along with that I also handle our National Storm accounts, dealing with our customers needs for resources when they need us for any type of storm response be it a Hurricane or Ice Storm. I co-ordinate our efforts of getting up to 250 lineman and there equipment on the road, within a 4 hr window, and once that is complete. I travel with them to make sure we can provide a service to our customer that not only works Safe but is very productive.
