I have earned a BS in Geography from Salem State College and have several years experience working in an office environment. I am proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. In my previous positions I have had to demonstrate my ability to analyze data and make informed decisions and report out based on this information. In my position with Insight Vacations, I was the Systems Support Manager. My duties included installing hardware and software, network maintenance, telephone system maintenance and keeping the network communication lines in order with the head office in New York City. I am very organized and have had developed procedures to accomplish different job duties. I take pride in my ability to balance the quality and speed in my work in order to meet established timelines. I am able to work as part of a team or individually as needed. I have computer skills that will allow me to easily adapt to any new applications that may be associated with a new position.
