KPI is including OEE, Repair times, Down times, Uptimes, Efficiency, Energy cost, maintenance expense, products yield and scrap rate…*Work out Equipment standardization and documentation, such as operation WI, evaluation standardization...*Repair equipment, Optimizing equipment uptime, Enhance equipment efficiency, Equipment preventive maintenance, Spares inventory management and PR*Lead process and equipment improvement and report to management*Set up process control parameter for production, Generate and revise production WI, Optimize process characterization and enhance production efficiency. Ensure production activities are compliance with the process specification. Approval of any process change / change of substitute or equipment.*In charge of NPI and transferring prototype to trial & mass production.*Evaluate the substitute of materials /process /equipment for improve the productivity /yield /quality/cost.*Evaluate process and equipment capacity & capabilities limitation and work out investment suggestion to management.*Cross training with other departments . *Work with other departments as a team, support QS, support customer audit...
