I have worked in IT since 2015 in a variety of roles, assisting customers in many different industries. Working in the Managed Services space helped hone my ability to juggle multiple tickets, projects and responsibilities, with customer service always the priority.From the start, my climb can be attributed to always being eager to volunteer, my love for learning and helping others, keeping a positive attitude, always looking for ways to refine processes and leaving a trail of documentation. I flourish in a team role and love explaining the how's and why's of technology to assist both my peers and customers.I currently consult for MSPs as part of my role at ProVal Technologies, helping our partners get the most value out of their RMM tools. In my journey so far, I have worked on the help desk supporting hundreds of different networks and a very wide range of software. Volunteering for anything I could, I have ran many migration projects - software, security solutions, firewalls, switches, servers and more. I have worked as a team leader overseeing the RMM stack, backups, reporting as well as training multiple technicians.I enjoy helping refine processes both technical and business-related. I consider my written communication and documentation habits to be some of my strongest assets. I understand fundamentals of programming and am a quick study when learning and supporting new software and automation.I have taken night classes in tandem with work to flesh out my understanding of networking and in 2022 earned my associates degree: Network Specialist - CISCO Network Professional AAS.
