Tom developed his skills from a contractor’s site engineering background (Costain) and has extensive experience of live project planning and project controls. This experience has led to working for the employer (Mace) in analysing contractor’s programmes and delay analysis submissions. Tom has also acted as Planning Manager on several high-profile infrastructure projects.
