In his role as Project and Development Services Lead on the UnitedHealth Group account, Mr. Patton is responsible for leading a Global project management team of 70 Project Management professionals in the delivery of a UHG’s annual capital plan of $200M across a 21 million square foot portfolio in North America, EMEA and Asia Pac. Projects include ground-up construction, Clinical facilities, surgery centers, operations centers, pharmaceutical distribution centers, data centers, tenant improvements, building infrastructure and mission critical systems. Mr. Patton is also responsible for the coordination and management of UHG’s Signage and Branding, Workplace Change Management and Move Management services.
