Responsible for the development of “Betsson Classics”; a suite of 10 slots, with linked progressive jackpots, targeting the Nordic market. Tasks included market research business case, contract negotiations, specifications, and product and project management.

I optimised the operational effectiveness and performance of the Betsson Group's 26 brands providing entertainment for 5.5 million customers. I developed and executed strategic plans to ensure we offered market leading features and products. Betsson was awarded "Casino Operator of the year" in 2012 by eGaming Review.

I was the co-founder and CEO of Pukka Gaming Solutions. Pukka was a software development and consultancy company specialised in helping businesses capitalise on the new poker economy. The products included a unique CRM analysis tool for operators, an interactive poker school and missions & achievements metagame for their players. Pukka also offered a Shared Service Centre that took care of the operation of a site, aside from the acquisition of new customers. Pukka was a fully remote company spanning four time zones.

Developed and marketed an online referee assigning software, serving 21 customers including the Swedish National Ice Hockey Association for the professional divisions in Sweden.

I was the Head of Poker, Games and Dice at Paf. I had full P&L responsibility for my gaming categories, including online (paf.com, apuestasrojiblancas.com and casinogoodtime.com) as well as live operations (land and ship) in all countries in which Paf operates. This also included responsibility for the technical development of my categories. I defined the strategic roadmap for my product areas and set KPIs to measure the business. I worked closely with our Country Managers to ensure optimal results were achieved and cross promotion was exploited. I also made numerous negotiations with existing partners to innovatively expand Paf's co-operations and strove to set up new effective partnerships. I had 10 people reporting directly to me, six of whom were working with business and four with technical development.

I optimised the business for Paf's games offering, mainly focusing on Poker, Slots, Bingo and Skill Games. I advised different Product Managers on how they could improve their businesses and was in charge of ordering Slots from our 3rd party developers. I was the Business Owner for DiceArena working on the general marketing and launch plan.

As Product Manager for bwin's poker and casino divisions, I was responsible for the business roadmap. I also defined the strategy, wrote and prioritized requirements as well as directed the work of several teams totalling 35 people on a daily basis. I kept abreast of technologies, techniques, products and customer needs and wants that may have been implemented to enhance the company's product range and overall performance.

I was responsible for the roadmap of the casino department which included the upkeep of existing games and development of new games. I prioritized and oversaw the operation of the casino development team which consisted of 25 people. I had direct contact with B2B customers as well as our internal B2C brands. Throughout this period, I maintained a high level of knowledge concerning the evolving online gaming industry.

I was project manager for 3 - 6 people developing casino games. The company changed from traditional waterfall development to a Lean development process in early 2005. I underwent training and became a certified Scrum Master. This move was excellent as I thrive in an agile environment and take great pleasure in enhancing internal processes. Concurrently, I worked as a Java developer producing both server and client logic. My time was equally divided between my role as Scrum master and as a programmer.

I worked as a programmer producing the server logic for casino games. This included programming in Java and working with MySQL databases.

I worked as a programmer in Java and Visual Basic producing graphical user interfaces for a robotic system and a mass spectrometer.
