CurrentCyber Essential Plus• Understanding of processes that leads the company to the Cyber Essential + Certification.• Main responsibility to maintain security patches in Intune, on premises devices and Citrix Environment,Azure, Intune, Entra• Configure, Test and Implement Autopilot build process and introduce Whiteglove (pre-provision process) to allow devices to be preconfigured before being send to the users.• Intune Software and Policy deploymentCitrix • Design, implement and maintain Citrix Master images based on Server 2016, 2019 and 2022, • Integrate MECM with Citrix Server Environment. Build Citrix Server 2016/2019/2022 from MECM Task Sequence. Create Patch management cycle to update Citrix ServersMECM, SCCM• Manage, Maintain and Support MECM (Operation Systems, Drivers, Packages, Applications and Task Sequence updates) • Application update cycle. Supporting the Software distribution and management processes and troubleshooting of software installation issues. Implementing, administering, and supporting MECM across multiple remote sites. Windows 10 • Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, support, and maintain Windows 10 environment,• Packaging and deploying new software, regular upgrade of existing applications to keep it secure and up to date.Active Directory and Group policy • Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO) management • Knowledge and experience of Azure AD (AAD), Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
