My role at Vizst, formally ITSB was to account manage it’s customer base. On top of providing excellent customer service, my job was to upsell contracts, increase monthly recurring revenue as well as be a strategic partner to our customers, helping them use IT to aid their primary focus. This involved introducing various products and services that range from Microsoft 365, Azure, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Managed services. I would assist customers with their digital transformation plans, whilst selling our professional services and products.

As account manager it was my responsibility to understand how my clients are working with Microsoft 365 in their organisation and to sell the appropriate products and services across the company, in order to help adoption across Microsoft 365 and increase its usage in order to help businesses work more efficiently.
