Led Standardization and Evaluation program for ~1K special operations personnel stationed globally. Guided the organization through new and changing regulations and requirements to ensure minimal disruption to critical operations tempo while mitigating risk. Advocate to higher and joint headquarters authorities for the needs of organization members for training, mission execution, and career advancement.Co-authored multiple regulatory publications and authored succinct "user guides" to assist in navigation of some of the more complex regulatory scenarios.Created and deployed Robotic Process Automation (Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps) to automate collection and notification of information and changes from throughout the DOD as well as processing and analysis of training and evaluation data from within the organization.Led internal transition to new communication and integration tools (MS Teams, Trello) and revision/deployment of functional SharePoint site to create single point of Stan/Eval related information for the organization.

Managed revitalization of Standardization and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) program for ~200 employee organization. Developed internal guidance and training to create and standardize unit Evaluators. Managed full spectrum evaluations program for unit utilizing a team of 15 trained and selected evaluators. Resulted in being the first unit out of 8 to be allowed to resume training and operations of after directed stand-down due to training fatalities.Instilled a culture change within the unit by educating employees on how to utilize regulatory guidance to their advantage instead of something to be used against them. Marked increase in deliberate risk management and improvement in training planning and execution observed.

Managed paramedic medical program for ~250 special operations combat rescue technicians globally.Led research and development efforts to modernize available medical equipment.Led requirements collection and prioritization for BATDOK, an Android based combat trauma medical treatment and documentation application for use by special operations medics. Coordinated with software engineering team on release timing and configurations, and ensured interoperability with legacy systems. Co-authored Pararescue Medical Handbook, compiling changes in medical standards and cutting edge research in emergent medical care into concise protocols and references setting the standards for ~600 Pararescuemen and providing reference for countless other medics and civilians.

Managed team of instructors to provide primary classroom and hands-on instruction for ~300 students/year in high risk 6 weeek combat diver training course. Maintained extremely high level of standards required by the course without reducing total course throughput ensuring the business value of the course remained high for the customer (Air Force Special Warfare) Led cross-functional team to revise/update course curriculum. Ensured the course remained up-to-date with relevant techniques and procedures resulting in units receiving personnel who were current and ready to execute rather then requiring “update” training.Managed risk in design, planning, and execution of the course. Planned course to mitigate risk without impairing the ability to execute the high risk activities required. This resulted in no significant incidents or injuries to either students or staff during my 4 years there.Optimized instructional teams for maximum efficacy and efficiency as required for the needs of the class currently in attendance and the event being taught. This optimization ensured that employees had sufficient time to accomplish secondary required tasks such as curriculum revisions, logistical concerns, and personal education.

Served as a team leader for multiple combat rescue teams both at home for training and at various deployed locations.Managed training for team members while at home station through a wide spectrum of operational skills covering over 250 individual skills. Employed teams in combat utilizing both fixed (airplane) and rotary (helicopter) wing insertion platforms. Executed > 200 combat rescues of injured personnel with no losses to personnel and equipment. Team members earned multiple citations and medals for valor.

Deployed and maintained Windows 2000 servers, networking equipment, windows 98 and XP desktop systems, peripherals, and VTEL video conferencing system. Created disk images and Symantec Ghost server to manage upgrade of hundreds of computers throughout the campus from Windows 98 to XP. Deployed and maintained multiple Active Directory servers to manage permissions and security for all upgraded systems.
